Inanimate objects may attack you, or sometimes some manners of monsters may appear. There may also be threats bearing innocent guises. And on top of that, many of the perceived threads may turn out to only be hallucinations.
They might bear a certain resemblance, but the patients are relatively civil. Simply put, both monsters and other inhabitants of the colony all look like bizarre alien creatures.
