[Aaaand bursting out of the wall like an evil, tentaclular Kool-Aid Man comes contestant number one! A Chthulu patient, arms flailing and swinging right at Akane!]
[ who would she look for once she's found an answer she's proud of?
of course, they're still navigating through the hallways of the hospital. at least it isn't creep, and it's more normal than anything. (save for the aliens in the other rooms, of course...) ]
Is that in Western or Eastern order? I'm-- well, we speak a lot of English where I'm from, so sometimes we introduce ourselves with our first name first.
That's right. That must have been the game's objective, so we should attempt to log off from ViViD, and if that works we should be free from this game for now. And things will be back to normal... Well, what passes for normal around here.
[ she did ace all her aptitude exams... but to work with holos is just something else; something she never saw happening. but it's funny, in a way, so she just laughs it off. ]
Let's just do our best. We have to work for our keep, after all.
And that's a bit more credit than I deserve, but thank you. [ more amiable laughter. gosh, gino!! she's not used to receiving compliments from you at all. ] What are your plans now?
[ looks like gino's time as an enforcer's pretty much on hold now, and he's free again. ]
[It was a strange thought, to think that he'd be free to choose what to do again. Then again even when he had been an inspector everything that he did had always been for the MWPSB. Without that, he'd have to figure it out the way they did before Sybil he guesses. The familiar expression that he wore when thinking was there briefly before he put on a weak grin.]
Check out the housing that I've been provided, then begin looking into the jobs and what hours they require.
[Essentially start to make a schedule and routine, as well as figure out what times would be best for meeting up to investigate and find out a little more.]
[ she nods at gino's direction with a smile. that's him, alright. organised and plans things ahead! hopefully, it isn't much of a change to being an inspector; the freedom of choosing, she thinks, is something gino's used to. meanwhile, there's kagari whom she has to worry about because he probably doesn't know much about... well, real life. ]
I think I'll be doing the same. But I'll contact Kagari, since he might want to go look at apartments together.
He said he was in the treatment center since he was a child, right? He might not know what to do at times like this.
We should all keep in touch, it might help if we were still able to work together to try and figure out a few of the mysteries of this place.
[Besides they knew that were able to trust one another, something that would take time to build with a new group of people that they might not be able to relate to at all.]
Yes, he was caught in a routine evaluation when he was five. Since then he hasn't really had many options for what he could do, though I think in this situation there are a lot of people who are reliant on the system that wouldn't know what to do.
keeper
[ well, okay. akane's going to be checking out the other rooms through the windows on the doors while she's at it. :T ]
They're literally aliens.

[She has never met one either, what a jerkbutt.]

No, that wouldn't make me sheltered at all.

[ she wishes she could, but she can't. akane just laughs sheepishly, scratching her cheek. ]
There doesn't seem to be anything useful so far.

[Mars stepped on, rifling through a sheaf of medical papers on a desk.]
This is just squiggles, like a dream.
[And then, of course, because they said something? A roar.]
...oh dear.

[ she gets up and grabs a scalpel from a table nearby. ]
This will do for now.
[ although she secretly hopes she won't have to use it. ]
Is it really that dangerous here?
no subject
[The answer is probably more cheerful than it should be, all things considered, but--]
There have been giant monsters and things before in here, but that's about what I'm used to, so... I guess it depends on what you consider dangerous?
Some people seem less used to the giant monsters thing.

And Yang and Jaune and Weiss too. They're all pretty used to that too.

It's nice to meet you, either way.
