We should all keep in touch, it might help if we were still able to work together to try and figure out a few of the mysteries of this place.

Yes, he was caught in a routine evaluation when he was five. Since then he hasn't really had many options for what he could do, though I think in this situation there are a lot of people who are reliant on the system that wouldn't know what to do.

I know that it's hard to believe, but I think he'll adjust rather well here. Perhaps this is actually a better place for those like him than being back home.
